Muesli
Muesli is een mengsel van onbewerkte of licht bewerkte granen zoals havervlokken, gecombineerd met noten, zaden en gedroogd fruit.
De smaak is natuurlijk, licht nootachtig en soms zoet door het fruit. Muesli wordt vaak gegeten met melk, yoghurt of sap en kan ook geweekt worden (overnight oats-achtig). Het is populair vanwege zijn voedzame samenstelling en vezelrijke karakter.
