The sophisticated insole provides relief for the forefoot and a direct feel for the pedals. The sole has been outfitted with the grippy StickyFoot™ rubber compound across the surface where the foot meets the pedal, and the robust StickyFoot Dura compound under the toes and heels allow you to walk comfortably off the pedals. The rough ribbed lining at the heel keeps feet from slipping out. Perforations on top provide a sufficient amount of ventilation. Use the hook & loop fastening strap to secure the laces so that they won't get caught in the chain. Reinforced material around the toe and heel protects against kicked-up rocks.
